The ground aroma reminds me of the smell you get when you open a packet of Tim Tams. As the first sip hits the front of your mouth, the initial impression is of sweet orange acidity, followed by a smooth mid palate and a medium body. The coffee finishes with a slightly dry, biscuity aftertaste.
This is a Typica coffee which has been Honey or Miel processed, with the consequent increase in intensity and depth of flavour. I'd rate it a solid 85 and a definite bargain at the price

The full name of this coffee is Ethiopian Guji Uraga Grade 1 Yellow Honey. As such it's a rare example of a coffee which isn't either washed or dry processed, the traditional methods used in Ethiopia.
Honey ("Miel") processing was originally a Central American development, but modern information availability means that coffee farmers the world over are able to tap into interesting ways to improve their coffees. This is the first such coffee from Ethiopia that we've seen.
The result is a spectacular coffee with an intense jasmine and honey aroma, cleansing citric acidity on the front palate followed by a creamy mid-palate body and a milk chocolate aftertaste. I rate it a solid 90, the only one this year.

This is a dry processed coffee from the Guji region. It's probably the perfect Easter coffee, being a little bit fruity, a little bit spicy, a lot of body and a chocolate finish. If you think about it, there's a lot in common with a Hot Cross Bun.

This is a Grade 1 (Cupping score 86+) dry processed Yirgacheffe, a standard of Ethiopian coffee we rarely see these days. It has clean acidity, a floral and fruit aroma which translates to sweet tropical fruit flavour, and a smooth cacao finish.
Quantity is very limited, it was difficult to acquire a first class Ethiopian coffee in the current market.
