Australia Post's own cutoff shipping dates have dictated this year's holiday closing dates. Basically they are saying ordinary post has to be shipped by the 13th of December and Express Post by the 20th. So, this year we will close on FRIDAY 17th December and reopen on MONDAY 10th January. The usual stock rundown warning applies, we'll be updating the Out of Stock items on the website as we go.
Following on from last month's special, the December special is the second most expensive green coffee we've ever bought. And we've only got 25 kilos after roasting, so there's not much of it.

This coffee has a pronounced strawberry aroma and front palate flavour, reinforced by the intense strawberry acidity. It has a thick, malty middle palate which follows through into the malt aftertaste.
Classic Costa Rica Tarrazu strength and flavour profile, dialled up to 11.
